Cultural Winter 2011-2012

The Agia Napa Municipality in co-operation with the Cyprus Tourism Organisation contiunues to present for another year the Winter Cultural Events entitled ''Cultural Winter 2011-2012'', an established institution that attains international acknowledgement starting in November and ending in March, including the Christmas Events and the Tourist Escursions.

The aim of these Events is to present the culture of Cyprus and also to raise the percentage of winter tourism in the area.

The traditional customs, the cultural tradition and the cultural aesthetic education of the people of Cyprus are presented within the Events of the ''Cultural Winter''.

The Events of the ''Cultural Winter'' are dedicated to the picturesque natural surroundings of Agia Napa. Especially to the ''golden'' sandy beaches of the area and the Cape Greco peninsula, both trade marks of Agia Napa.

The cosmpolitan and beloved town of Agia Napa, a small paradise on the island of Cyprus, still preserves the Culture of the island with joy and love.
Our Culture represents an optimistic approach to life and distinguishes the beatiful elements of the identity of Cyprus.

The Events are held at 8:00p.m. at the Agia Napa Municipal Conference Hall, a modern complex in the centre of Agia Napa, offering all the necessities for cultural artistic and conference events.

We have the outmost certainty that both residents of Agia Napa and the tourists will be delighted with the quality of the Events.
