Melanie and Andrew are an ex West Midlands married couple who visited Cyprus themselves on many occasions over the last 20 years, and stayed in hotels and private holiday villas. After a purchase of a property in the Pervolia Village of Larnaca, they decided in 2004 , they wanted more to life than to work and pay bills.

They had set up their first property management website , Pervolia home services. This became very popular within months, and they soon had their first new owners , looking for cleaning and management services within the Larnaca areas.

In 2006 they relocated to Protaras , due to the amount of new owners who required their property rental and marketing services. Due to the demand from owners who required a property marketing / rental service, they developed another property rental and marketing website. The property rentals and marketing side of the business, has seen a remarkable increase in their core business now, and they continue to grow rapidly. New owners / developers / investors are all using their property rental services/marketing and advertising site, to increase maximum returns from their Cyprus property investment. Lettings Cyprus is becoming very popular, due to the high demand for long term rentals on the east coast of Cyprus.
